  34. I dunno, I just bought LW 4.0 also, but I'm kinda glad that I beat the price
  35. increase.  I paid about $736 for LW 4.0, and I am sure that 5.0 will be at
  36. least  $1300 street price.  Also I don't have the money to buy the equipment
  37. necessary to really take advantage of 5.0's new OpenGL features.  I have a
  38. feeling that a lot of the new features in LW will really slow things down
  39. (like the "glow" feature did in 4.0).  4.0 works great on just about any
  40. system without extensive hardware.

  42. I never experienced any crashes in Modeler or Layout.  This is actually
  43. quite a surprise to me.
